安装iozone&测试lustre性能

上传iozone安装包到挂在lustre的机器上,然后进入安装目录

执行make linux-AMD64安装

把iozone拷贝到lustre目录下

执行命令./iozone -i 0 -i 1 -c -e -w -r 1024k -s 8G -t 1t +-n

以上是单机iozone测试,多机测试需要配置rsh互信:
yum install xinetd
yum install rsh-server rsh
vi /etc/xinetd.d/rsh 修改 disable = no命令:sed -i ‘s/yes/no/g’ /etc/xinetd.d/rsh
vi /etc/xinetd.d/rlogin 修改 disable = no命令:sed -i ‘s/yes/no/g’ /etc/xinetd.d/rlogin
vi /etc/xinetd.d/rexec 修改 disable = no命令:sed -i ‘s/yes/no/g’ /etc/xinetd.d/rexec
echo “rexec” >> /etc/securetty
echo “rlogin” >> /etc/securetty
echo “rsh” >> /etc/securetty

添加hosts:vi /etc/hosts.equiv
echo “iml-samba1 root” >> /etc/hosts.equiv
echo “iml-samba2 root” >> /etc/hosts.equiv

添加rhosts:
echo “iml-samba1 root” >> /root/.rhosts
echo “iml-samba2 root” >> /root/.rhosts
chmod 600 /root/.rhosts
重启xinetd:/etc/init.d/xinetd restart
多台机器测试的话需要修改iozone/iozone3_420/src/current/client_list 文件,并指定参数

iozone -i 0 -c -e -w -r 1024K -I -s $Size -t $Thread -+n -+m /root/list.$Thread
IOzone Sequential Reads -

IOzone IOPS Random Reads / Writes –
iozone -i 2 -w -c -O -I -r 4K -s $Size -t $Thread -+n -+m /root/list.$Thread

修改stripe
lfs getstripe /mnt/lustre/
lfs getstripe
lfs setstripe
lfs setstripe -c 4 /mnt/lustre/
lfs getstripe /mnt/lustre/
